I have 20 years international consultancy experience with blue-chip companies and a range of public-sector organisations. Industry sectors include oil and gas, drinks, fast moving consumer goods, and finance. Public sectors include foreign affairs, spatial planning and sustainable development, economic development, employment and incapacity, social services, health and higher education. International experience includes the Middle East, the Far East, Latin America, the US and extensively throughout Europe.
My core competencies lie in the design and facilitation of inquiry, data gathering, diagnosis and intervention on the presenting issues of leadership, performance, behaviours and culture in organisations, and their capacity for improvement and change. My work ranges over effective communication, individual and team effectiveness, conflict management and resolution, workflow and customer care.
I also have a particular specialism and expertise in international profiling and the management of diversity in both ethnically and professionally multicultural organisations.
I work with individuals, teams and partnerships, organisations, networks and whole systems to listen, reflect, probe and surface presenting issues. I am able to grasp complex policy and practice issues, and can offer insights from substantial personal experience of coaching and facilitating transformational and transactional leadership and the management of change.
